With the Launch of my all women’s triathlon team FE Strong Racing you now have 3 options for training!

1. Customized Triathlon Coaching Athlete

This option is perfect for the strong determined women who is ready to take on her next big challenge! If you are serious about training for your next race, if you want the absolute best results that only come from implementing a plan tailored to your own specific training needs then this is the coaching option for you!

Whats included:

  • A 100% Customized training program based off your current fitness level & goals
  • Tips to improve your form, speed, and overall performance
  • Detailed explanations for each workout 
  • Periodized training plan with base, build, peak, and taper periods
  • Assistance selecting your race(s) and race day strategies
  • Support from an experienced triathlete who is here to see you succeed!
  • Plus all team benefits outlined below
  • Customized coaching has a one time set up fee of $100 and a monthly coaching fee of $150 email Amber@AmberToro.com to get started.

2. Team Triathlon Coaching Athlete

This option is perfect for the strong aspiring athlete who needs guidance training for her next race, but isn’t ready to commit to personalized training.

Whats included:

  • A 12 week training program to get you ready for your Sprint, Olympic, or Half Ironman race
  • Detailed explanations for each workout 
  • Periodized training plan with base, build, peak, and taper periods
  • Support from an experienced triathlete who is here to see you succeed!
  • Plus all team benefits outlined below
  • Team coaching has a one time fee of $99

3. Team Athlete

This option is perfect for the DIY athlete who wants to be a part of a club team for iron strong women who love to race!
